Why would I use Anytime Creativity for team building?
Above all, our games are fun. Through playful, engaging challenges, your employees will spark their curiosity and foster core innovation skills. Unlike other team building challenges, our games are on-demand, allowing your employees to partake anytime, anywhere and on any device.
What will participants learn from the games & challenges?
Each participant will realise their creativity and the creativity of their team. They will practice many creative skills during the games, including collaboration, gamified problem-solving, finding problem-solution fit, reimagining & repurposing, mixing & matching ideas, making associations, blue sky thinking and more. After the challenges, we will send a learning outcomes presentation for your staff to understand the benefits of each game.
How would we get participants excited about these challenges?

How many people can participate in the challenges?
As many as you like – from ten to hundreds, even thousands. We recommend 3-5 people per team. Each team submits one idea per challenge, and participants will vote individually for their favourite ideas from the list of submissions.
Any suggestions on how to allocate the teams?
It’s totally up to you. The key is that this is a fun event. The games & challenges are a great way to foster diversity & inclusion across job role, job location, gender, age, culture, personality, interests etc.
